1. Placing An Order
To make an online order, please add the item/s that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart (“Add to Cart”) All your orders will be consolidated in your shopping cart, which you may view by clicking “View Cart” at the top of every page. When you have finished shopping, click “Checkout”. If you have not registered, you will be directed to do so. Thereafter, you may choose your billing and delivery options, and make payment.
You may also order via email (sales@maternityexchange.sg), by phone (+65 61003924) or by visiting our flagship store at 6 Raffles Boulevard, #03-108 Marina Square, Singapore 039594 (Opp Mothercare)
Stock Status – If an item is not in stock, it will say so and the system will not allow you to make a purchase. If by a rare chance, your order cannot be fulfilled, (as may happen when a “last piece” item is bought in the main store at the same time you are making your order), we will send you an email as soon as possible to alert you. Any exchange or refund arrangements will be made from there.
Order Status – To track the status of your order, please contact us at sales@maternityexchange.sg. Please cite your order reference number. You may also search for your order here, and key in your first and last name and order number (e.g. ORD091208000150)
Changes to Order – Any amendments to the order will need to be made within 12 hours of confirmation and payment, as we practise “next working day” delivery for local orders. Please contact us at sales@maternityexchange.sg. or call +65 6100-3924(EXCH). If you would like to make a change after your order is sent, we will be happy to accommodate you, but you will be charged the additional delivery charges.
International Orders – We are able to accept international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at sales@maternityexchange.sg with your request.

Deposit payment directly – which can be conveniently done via internet, ATM or over-the-counter - into Maternity Exchange’s corporate bank account:

to advise of payment so that we can proceed with your order, upon receipt of payment.
Cheques (in S$)
All cheque payments are to be made out to "Maternity Exchange" and sent to: Maternity Exchange, #03-108 Marina Square, Singapore 039594.
As soon as the cheque is cleared, we will send out your order(s).
